Methodology

Part 1 explains how the assessment runs. Section 1 gives the whole method on one page. Sections 2 to 6 take each step in turn: framing the use case and its value, discovering the assets, defining the requirements and the security, designing the north star and its realization, and phasing the work so that value arrives at every milestone.

The method is deliberately the same shape as the handbook: the north star (handbook Section 6), its realization with MuleSoft Agent Fabric and Informatica (Section 7), the phased plan with value at every phase (Section 8), the scorecard (Section 9) and the leadership questions (Section 10), applied to one use case in the way Sections 11 to 13 do.
