Additional permission for the toolkit. In addition to the license, and without changing it, John Fisher permits you to use the toolkit to run AI control plane assessments, inside your organization or for clients, including in paid work. For those assessments you may fill in and adapt the templates and slides and give the completed reports and readouts to the organization assessed, which may use them for its own purposes, provided each one carries this credit: “Based on the AI Control Plane Assessment toolkit by John Fisher, used with his permission.” This permission does not cover selling the toolkit or publishing changed versions of it. The license’s disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability apply to this permission too.
Additional permission for the Word templates. In addition to the license, and without changing it, John Fisher permits you to adapt the downloadable Word document of templates T1 to T13 for your own work, in an assessment or outside one. You may edit, shorten, translate or restyle the templates, combine them with your own material, and share the adapted versions inside your organization or with clients, including in paid work, provided each one carries this credit: “Adapted from the AI Control Plane Assessment toolkit by John Fisher, used with his permission.” This permission does not cover selling the templates or publishing changed versions of them, for example on a website. The license’s disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability apply to this permission too.
