The AI Control Plane

Orchestrating intelligence across the agentic enterprise

Slide 1: The AI Control Plane, an executive briefing by John Fisher

About this deck

This executive briefing for CTOs and CIOs follows the handbook from the case for a control plane to a phased plan with value in every phase. It then walks through the three reference use cases and closes with the decisions for the next 90 days.

Each slide appears with its text and its speaker notes, which carry the talk track. Superscript numbers on the slides and bracketed numbers in the notes refer to the endnotes in Appendix B of the handbook.

Every slide can also be downloaded on its own, as a one-slide PowerPoint file with its speaker notes, so you can pick the slides you need. The slides are licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, with an additional permission: you may adapt the downloaded slides for your own presentations, inside your organization or with clients, including in paid work, provided you credit John Fisher as the notices describe. Selling the slides or publishing changed versions of them is not covered. The notices give the full terms.
